release of court records, but in some states, policy is left to individual court clerks.
FRANKFORT, Ky. Over 90 Kentucky circuit court clerks participated in the 2005 Circuit Clerks Fall Conference held in October at the Embassy Suites in Covington, Ky. “The public’s trust in the Kentucky Court of Justice is enhanced when clerks provide high-quality service and maintain accurate court records,” said Susan Tierney, Daviess County Circuit Court Clerk. The conference offered sessions on electronic citations and warrants, driver’s licensing, probate, the self-represented litigant, criminal indictments, grand jury referral lists and election law issues.
