Virginia Gov. Mark Warner granted an unconditional pardon to Marvin Lamont Anderson who had served 15 years in prison for a rape in Hanover County, VA, he did not commit. The pardon allowed Anderson to petition the Hanover Circuit Court to remove all police and court records relating to his conviction. August, 2002. Source
